Dear all,

I'm so happy in this period that I just want to share my happiness with you. When last week for the first time I soloed, it was such a feeling, such a joy... at last my dream came true!!! I have to thank you all at Air Center 1 and in particular Zach, Tony, Tim, Dane, Neal and Bob for help, patience and excellent instruction. You make me feel welcome and comfortable. I'm now waiting for my solo cross-country!

I just wanted to express how blown away I was with the amazing performance of the entire crew at Air Center One. I recently just finished the Certified Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor programs and I know without a doubt in my mind that I made the right decision choosing Air Center One to help accomplish my goals. Up until now I’ve never been fortunate enough to deal with a group of such professionals who truly care about aviation with a passion. Everyone from maintenance to the instructors were exceedingly knowledgable in their fields and so very friendly that I hope to call every one of you my friends. The airplanes themselves were in beautiful condition, and the work that went into everything from the logistics of scheduling, to the actual flight training were top notch. I want to really thank Andrew and Brandon for being so patient and being true mentors when preparing me for a career path as an Instructor.

I would without a moments hesitation recommend Air Center One to anyone who wants to progress to their next aviation milestone. I look forward to my multi engine training which I will be doing at Air Center One as well.

Thank You
Dylan Krassensky

Tony,

I just wanted to thank you and you staff for the great training and service you provided. At the beginning I was unsure that I would be able to complete the IFR training but Kevin was very helpful and made the process very easy. Everyone at AirCenter1 including yourself seemed genuinely concerned with making my training a successful and enjoyable process. I especially found the access to the SIM for extra practice very helpful. I would whole- heartedly recommend your program to anyone seeking their IFR rating.

As I mentioned while I was there, in preparation for the training, I did an extensive cost analysis of the various programs available throughout the US. I also kept accurate cost records of all the direct and related expenses for the training at AirCenter1. My costs ended up being about $300 less than I had predicted. I included the costs of flying up and back, the hourly rate to my partners for use of the plane, all lodging, meals, fuel, rental car, checkride etc. When all was said and done you were between $,2000 and $3,000 less expensive than comparable programs elsewhere.

Thank you!

Dear Tony,

I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to your entire staff for all your help in attaining my CFI recently. The professionalism and friendliness displayed by everyone there was outstanding and served to create an environment ripe for learning. Please thank Brandon again for me for all his patience and help during the week. The help with logistics during the week was excellent as my being from out of town became a non-issue with AirCenter1's recommendations. Thanks again for putting a great product out there and feel free to give my number to anyone looking for references concerning your accelerated CFI program.

Sincerely,

I have been home for two days now, after completing my commercial single & multi-engine instrument rating with AirCenter1. It was an intense eight days that ended in success for both ratings.

Your staff was not only professional, but also exceedingly kind and attentive to all my needs. Lenny, Tony, Mike, Chad, and Tom made me feel welcome and important with every encounter. The rental car was good. My accommodations exceeded my expectations. The training aircraft, both the Arrow and the Seneca, were top notch, well maintained, good looking, and pleasures to fly.

There were days when I thought I might not be able to perform well enough to pass the check-rides, but all the instructors were always positive and encouraging. It instilled confidence and courage.

The FAA examiner was fair, practical, and interested in real world aviation knowledge and performance. I could tell that he wanted me to do well.

Last, but by no means least, Tom Welch, my instructor, is exceptional. I always felt he was in "my corner" and sincerely cared that I succeed. He loves flying and teaching, and that came across loud and clear to my benefit. Some instructors may be "in it to build time" in order to enhance their careers and move on, but Tom represents all that is good about aviation. He is the quintessential instructor; caring, motivating, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated.

Thank you for an excellent experience that was well worth the time and investment. Becoming a commercial pilot was a lifelong dream come true.

July 28, 2003 was my solo day. I'll always remember Chad Curtsinger, my instructor, putting his headset in the passenger seat for me to remember him by. Two tears ran down my cheeks. I had to keep myself calm but I wanted to jump out of my seat and celebrate. (I was still on the ground, too.) But after I was up and turning final I knew my landing was going to be "money," as Curtsinger says. I will never have a greater victory than flying. Thank you to everyone at Air Center 1 and especially to you, Chad, for giving me the gift of flight. -- Rebecca Brock

The first time I soloed, it was such an awesome feeling!
I thought I would be more nervous but, once I was in the air,
I enjoyed the challenge and excitement of flying alone. My instructor, Tom Welch, made sure I was comfortable and had the knowledge and training for a safe and fun flight. Everyone at AirCenter1 has helped to make this a great experience for me. It's a real confidence-builder. I can't wait for my solo cross-country!

Mike, Lenny, Tony, & Tom,

Thanks for providing a great experience for my commercial training last week. It was a pleasure flying such a nice aircraft and working with great instructors. I was able to achieve a personal goal of taking my training "to the next level” in a short amount of time. It's apparent to me you have a well-run operation; I'd recommend the training to others!

Thanks again,
Philip Rash

I commend the entire staff and instructors at AirCenter1. From the pre-arrival scheduling to the final exit, they had thought of everything to make my IFR Rating a reality.

I attended a local FBO, and another well-known aviation school, both with reputable names. Their claims for completion courses were shallow promises with poor quality instructional techniques and disorganization; all of which cost me additional frustration and unnecessary financial burden. Despite the discouraging experience, I was determined to find the right school. I was willing to travel for a quality course to finish my IFR training.

AirCenter1 in Louisville, Kentucky is a true value, with real IFR weather, excellent instruction, and honors their claims. In this day and age of multi-medium communication, it is nice to know there is still an institution whose primary concern is the education of the student, and strives to assist them in achieving their aviation goals in a timely manner.

I recommend AirCenter1 for any individual who wishes to experience aviation training at its finest. I know l will be returning for my Commercial License.
