Easy Online Scheduling for Your Convenience

At Air Center 1, we're all about accommodating your schedule. We want to make it easy for you to fly at your convenience. This online scheduling program allows you to book your instructor and the aircraft you want at the time you want.

To get a username and password, please call us at 502-451-6451. Once you're logged on, you can access the help tab for further instructions.

To make this efficient for everyone, please adhere to the following procedures:
  - When scheduling, please put your phone number with your name.
  - If you'd like to schedule an aircraft for more than 3 hours, please call us.
  - Sightseeing and Discovery flights are not scheduled on-line.
  - If your plans change, please cancel your flight 24 hours in advance. You will be charged for no-shows.
  - Inclement weather doesn't necessarily cancel your time with us. The simulator or ground instruction may be substituted.
